• By placing an order, you confirm the information is accurate and authorized for payment.
   
• We accept major credit/debit cards (processed via PayPal). You can pay with a card even without a PayPal account.
   
• Orders may be canceled by us if suspected fraud or pricing/stock errors occur. If we cancel, you’ll be refunded.
   

• Orders ship via USPS First Class/Priority (or similar). Rates and options are shown at checkout.
   
• Transit times are estimates; we’re not liable for carrier delays, loss after delivery scan, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
   
• International: You’re responsible for all import duties/taxes. Customs may delay or refuse packages. If a package is refused/held/confiscated by customs, we cannot issue a refund.
   

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can correct it.

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or wear.
   
• If we approve a return (for example, a mis-ship or manufacturing defect), items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags. Approved refunds are subject to a $10 restocking fee, and shipping charges are non-refundable. A prepaid label may be provided at our discretion and deducted from the refund.
   
• Unauthorized returns will be refused.
   

• Colors and materials can vary slightly due to lighting and displays.
   
• For fitted items (e.g., caps with integrated eyewear), follow the care/use instructions to avoid damage.
   

• Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. If we discover a pricing or stock error after your order, we may cancel and refund.
   

Except where prohibited by law, products are provided “as is.” We disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability/fitness) to the maximum extent allowed. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, loss of use, etc.).

All content, logos, and product designs on this site are owned by or licensed to TCAPS USA and may not be used without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). Venue and jurisdiction lie in courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
